Zhe Liang is a graduate student in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Rutgers University. He received his M.Eng. and B.Eng. (Hons) degrees in Computer Engineering Department at the National University of Singapore in 2003 and 2001 respectively. He was awarded the Scholarship from National University of Singapore in 1997 and 2001 respectively. Zhe Liang joined the Department of Industrial Engineering, Rutgers University, as a fellow in Sep 2006.

His research interests include the Combinatorial Optimization using Linear and Integer Programming for the Large Scale Logistic and Telecommunation Problems.
